Coordinate and schedule the movement of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and real-time support. Monitor and track truck locations and shipment statuses, addressing any delays or issues. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document communications. Respond to and resolve emergencies, accidents, or incidents during shifts. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. Support drivers with route planning, fueling, and other logistical needs.

Post-secondary education; a focus in supply chain or logistics is an asset. Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse working styles. Flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving key objectives. * Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
