Job Summary:



The Driver Supervisor acts as the key link between company leadership and the driver team, ensuring alignment of expectations, performance, and communication. This role focuses on managing relationships, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing issues proactively to achieve operational and driver satisfaction.



Work Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.



Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact between drivers and company management. Clearly communicate company goals, policies, and performance expectations to drivers. Advocate for drivers' needs, feedback, and concerns to ensure fair treatment and mutual understanding. Build strong, trusting relationships with drivers through regular communication and coaching. Address performance or behavioral issues with professionalism, empathy, and accountability. Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for drivers. Monitor driver performance metrics and work collaboratively to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Proven ability to manage people with empathy and professionalism. Skilled at handling difficult conversations while achieving positive outcomes. Understanding of human behavior, motivation, and conflict resolution. Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations is an asset. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
