Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving loads, transporting goods and installing appliances in house. Proper training will be provided by experienced drivers.

Duties

• Safely operate small box trucks to transport freight to designated locations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation.
• Assist in basic automotive repair tasks as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Operate heavy equipment or forklifts when necessary for loading/unloading tasks.

Qualifications

• Communication skills
• Driver's license with clean record.
• Non criminal record.
• Lift over 50lb.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
