Position Summary:

ConnectWell Community Health is hiring an hourly position for Driver, Respite Services. This position is responsible for to provide safe transportation to our Respite clients to and from programs and medical appointments. This position includes the option to participate in HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).

Qualifications:

A valid driver's license and valid insurance Secondary School Diploma (preferred) Experience as a capable, competent driver Flexible schedule to support program and client needs

Reporting Relationship:

The successful candidate will report to the Team Lead, Respite Day Programs
