Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Driver Recruiter

to join our team in Delta. This role is vital in coordinating our freight operations and ensuring seamless service delivery in line with our company's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing strategic recruiting plans. Ensuring a high level of recruiter accountability, in terms of recruiting activity and results. Coaching/counselling and development. Provide tactical direction on recruiting tactics and techniques, and resource allocation to assist with recruiter development and improve order fills. Continuously improve processes and procedures. Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Assisting in keeping current all driver annual reviews, license, medical, and all renewals.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) or similar software. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. Familiarity with safety regulations in the transportation industry. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. Prior experience in the trucking or freight industry is preferred.
