Job Description
AYR Motor Express understands the needs of our drivers to have a good balance of work and home life. To support our team of Driver Planners we have added a position and are hiring a Driver Planning Assistant at our Woodstock NB location. This position will be responsible for all administrative duties in the department such as answering calls, taking messages, data entry, and making up follow up calls on behalf of planners. This position allows the candidate to grow into a planner position with time into the team.Skills and Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in transportation industry is an asset
- Microsoft Suite knowledge - Office, Word, Power Point, Excel
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communications skills, over the phone and in person
- Working knowledge of TruckMate is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
