Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This position involves a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring that products are efficiently stored, handled, and delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service while being able to perform heavy lifting and operate warehouse equipment.

Duties

Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver goods to various locations. Perform heavy lifting and moving of products within the warehouse as needed. Load and unload shipments using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels. Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and product availability. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse operations or commercial driving preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting client needs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Familiarity with operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
