Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching individuals how to operate vehicles safely and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of driving regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in preparing students for their driving tests and ensuring they develop safe driving habits.

Duties

Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Teach students about vehicle operation, traffic laws, and safe driving practices. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their driving skills. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Ensure the vehicle used for instruction is well-maintained and meets safety standards. Communicate effectively with students, parents, or guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback. Mechanical knowledge to assist students with understanding vehicle functions and maintenance. Ability to remain patient and encouraging while teaching students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans and student records efficiently.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
