La division de tests auditifs mobiles de Workplace Medical Corp propose une carriere en tant que technicien(ne) audiometrique.

La personne selectionnee recevra une formation pour operer l'une de nos unites mobiles et effectuer des tests auditifs sur le site pour des entreprises dont les employes sont exposes a des niveaux de bruit dangereux au travail.

Principales Responsabilites :



Effectuer des tests auditifs pour les employes de nos clients. Assurer le bon fonctionnement d'une unite mobile. Communiquer avec les clients. Activites administratives (planification, gestion des donnees, rapports, reunions, formation en bureau, etc.). Maintenir l'unite mobile et l'equipement associe en bon etat de fonctionnement.

Horaire :



Du lundi au vendredi. Fins de semaine au besoin. Deplacements tot le matin, tard le soir, et nuitees.

Exigences du poste :



Permis de conduire de classe G avec un dossier de conduite vierge. Solides competences informatiques. Excellentes aptitudes en communication. Minimum d'un an d'experience en conduite de camion porteur.

Atouts :



Experience precedente de conduite de camions de taille moyenne (camion de livraison de 5 tonnes ou camion de 22 pieds) ou d'autobus scolaires. Experience en administration ou en gestion. Experience en relations clients. Le candidat selectionne recevra une formation individuelle pour obtenir la certification de technicien en audiometrie.

Experience :



Conduite de camion : 1 an (requis). Service client : 2 ans (requis). Disponibilite pour voyager : 100 % (preferee).

Connaissances, competences et aptitudes :



Bilingue - parle, lire et ecrit en francais. Capacite de conduire tout vehicule ou equipement necessaire pour effectuer le travail. Capacite de communiquer verbalement et par ecrit. Capacite de rediger des rapports et de la correspondance simples (inspections prealables et posterieures aux trajets, rapports d'accidents, papiers quotidiens, etc.). Capacite de lire et de comprendre des instructions simples et de la correspondance (politiques et procedures de l'entreprise, etc.). Souci du detail et capacite a suivre des instructions ecrites et verbales, ainsi qu'a resoudre des problemes generaux. Capacite a travailler avec peu de supervision.

Pourquoi l'anglais est requis :


Ce poste implique des communications regulieres avec des clients et partenaires hors Quebec. La maitrise de l'anglais est essentielle pour remplir ces responsabilites

Bilingual Mobile Hearing Technician

Workplace Medical Corp's Mobile Hearing Testing division is offering a career as an audiometric technician/driver.

The selected candidate will be trained to operate one of our mobile units and conduct on-site hearing tests for companies whose employees are exposed to hazardous noise levels on the job.

Primary Responsibilities:



Conducting hearing tests for our client's employees. Safe operation of one of our mobile units. Communication with our clients. Administrative activities (scheduling, data maintenance, reporting, in office meetings and training, etc.). Maintaining the mobile unit & associated equipment in good working order.

Schedule:



Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed. Early mornings, late evenings, traveling and overnights.

Job Requirements:



Class G driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong computer skills. Effective communication skills. At least 1 year of straight truck driver experience.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications:

Previous experience driving a medium size truck (5-ton straight truck or 22 ft truck) or school bus. Previous administration or management experience. Previous customer relations experience.
The successful candidate will be trained and given one - on - one education to gain certification as an audiometric technician.

Experience:



Truck Driving: 1 year (required). Customer Service: 2 years (required). Willingness to travel: 100% (preferred). Work Location: On the road. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: $24.00 per hour

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



Bilingual - French speaking, reading, writing. Ability to operate any vehicle or equipment necessary to perform job. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with others. Ability to write simple reports and correspondence such as pre- and post-trip inspections, accident reports, daily paperwork, etc. Ability to read and comprehend simple correspondence and instructions such as company policies and procedures, etc. Detail oriented and able to follow written and/or verbal instructions and to solve general problems. Ability to work under limited supervision.
