Drift is located in Muir, a Luxury Collection Hotel.



Under the direction of the General Manager, we are seeking a Bartender at Drift who will be responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging, five-star guest experience by preparing and serving beverages to the highest standards.



What you will be doing:



Creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service; Providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions; Promptly receiving drink order chits and preparing beverages; Communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members; Stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place; Checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels; Counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering.

The person we are looking for has:



A valid Serve Right certification Strong cocktail recipe knowledge Moderate wine knowledge A passion for food, beverage, and providing excellent customer service 2-3 years experience working in a luxury or fine-dining establishment is considered a strong asset
