Job Description
-Performs architectural, Mechanical and electrical building science and residential drafting- Client consultations for new homes, additions and renovations- Performs site reviews and take off- Perform the job and task assigned. Being an effective team member with excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated, hardworking and flexible. Being dependable; able to work independently and under pressure, to meet deadlines.- Submit on time time sheets daily and consistentlyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$25.00 per hourSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
- Drafting Technologists & Technicians: 1 year (preferred)
- drafting: 1 year (preferred)
