Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data in our internal systems. Your keen eye for detail, strong keyboarding skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in supporting smooth business operations. Consistency, accuracy, and time management will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent attendance record Provide fabrication with cut lists and CNC data files for the fabrication process Prioritize, organize and maintain assigned projects to maintain set schedules Import model information into ERP system Print shop drawings, make binders and file according to specific job folders Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems Generate and update spreadsheets Verify data by comparing it to source documents Create reports from data provided Organize and file paperwork after entering data Assist administration and management in the entry of data when needed Identify and assist in the facilitation of continual improvement processes in support of company goals

Requirements/Qualifications

Previous drafting experience is an asset Proficient in MS Office Previous experience using Tekla and SolidWorks an asset Excellent communication skills with attention to detail Must have strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Able to work independently or as part of a team Ability to speak, read, write and understand English clearly
