Job Description

Mandako is an agricultural equipment manufacturer located in Plum Coulee, MB. Founded in 1988, we have a strong dealer network across North America and Australia. We are currently accepting applications for a full-time drafter. We offer a comprehensive health and benefits package and competitive wages for the successful applicant.

Job Duties:

Create and maintain part, weldment, assembly, and specification drawings for Mandako standard products. Organize and maintain CAD files for each project Complete documentation for standard drawings Revise and update models and drawings as needed Communicate relevant information to the corresponding departments and Team members Create and maintain cut lists and bill of materials (BOM)
Requirements:

Experience in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks an asset Strong working knowledge of MS Office products Understanding of various steel materials Familiar with Sheet metal manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment Previous experience in welding jig and fixture design is an asset Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail
