We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Shoveler to join our Mixing Department. Duties:



Manually shovel dough to rotary dies feeder on either line 1 or line 2 Operate hoist for dough bin.

Clean and sanitize working areas during any downtime

Help in obtaining ingredients from storage area, follow FIFO Clean and sanitize ingredient bins as needed. Monitor work area for pest issues. Perform cleaning sanitation activities in Mixing, dry storage area as required. Assist machine operators as needed, changing dough buckets, wire break repairs and start and stopping machines adjusting speeds, Mopping the floor around the mixer daily,

to be done at end of each day

Help mixers in assisting with topping up ingredient bins when required. Any downtime, prepare for upcoming dough's/ next day production. Must arrive no later than 5 to 10 minutes before your shift and clock out 5 to 10 minutes after your scheduled shift.

Requirements:



Knowledge of WHMIS, HACCP, GMP and First Aid are considered assists
Grade 12 or OSSD equivalent.

Afternoon shift (Please note that flexibility is essential, as working hours may vary depending on the production schedule.)
