Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dough Dumper to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of high-quality baked goods, ensuring that dough is handled efficiently and safely.
Duties
Accurately measure and dump dough into designated containers for further processing. Ensure all dough is prepared according to established recipes and specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and other food items as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production schedules are met. Monitor dough consistency and quality, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly. Participate in regular training sessions related to food safety and kitchen best practices.
Skills
Experience in warehouse or bakery is required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques. Strong understanding of food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to package finished products efficiently for distribution or sale. Excellent customer service skills, contributing to a positive team environment. Basic baking or cooking skills, with an eagerness to learn more about the baking process.
