Duties

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications utilizing ASP.NET, C#, and .NET frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions aligned with business goals. Design and optimize database schemas using SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and performance. Build responsive front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, Bootstrap, and UI frameworks to create engaging user interfaces. Implement RESTful APIs and web services (SOAP, WCF) for smooth integration between systems while ensuring security standards are met. Utilize version control tools such as GitHub, TFS, SVN for code management and collaboration within Agile development cycles. Conduct unit testing and debugging to identify issues early in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring reliable software delivery. Develop microservices architectures using Node.js or .NET Core to enable scalable application components. Leverage cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment, scalability, and maintenance of applications. Participate in code reviews, documentation (UML diagrams), and adherence to best practices for software development. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), application security protocols, and modern UI/UX standards.

Skills

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET (including ASP.NET MVC), WCF, Web API (RESTful services), and .NET Core frameworks. Strong front-end development skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and AJAX. Experience working with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; including database design and T-SQL scripting. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure for application hosting and deployment. Knowledge of microservices architecture principles and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes. Understanding of software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum practices; experience with SDLC processes. Skilled in version control systems like GitHub, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SVN for source code management. Experience with unit testing frameworks (.NET Unit Testing), debugging tools within Visual Studio or Eclipse environments. Knowledge of web services protocols including SOAP and REST; experience integrating third-party APIs via JSON or XML data formats. Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack or Gulp; UI/UX best practices for responsive design across devices. Ability to work on Linux environments using shell scripting or Bash when necessary; understanding of application security standards including OAuth2/OpenID Connect. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging complex issues efficiently. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
