Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Proactively canvas targeted neighborhoods and business districts, initiating conversations with potential clients. Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Sales Execution:
Qualify prospects, educate them about our services, and schedule estimates or provide on-the-spot quotes. Close deals by highlighting our five-star value.
Pipeline Management:
Track and follow up on all leads. Maintain accurate notes and ensure timely updates in our CRM.
Market Intelligence:
Gather neighborhood insights and customer feedback to refine our canvassing strategy.
Brand Ambassador:
Embody J&B's values and set the tone for a five-star experience from the very first interaction.
Results - What Success Looks Like
Consistently generate new leads and close deals each month.
Achieve a strong conversion rate from knock to contract.
Deliver five-star customer interactions that set the stage for smooth project execution.
Capture and track lead information with zero drop-offs.
Build brand presence in your territory, creating referrals and word-of-mouth momentum.
Requirements
1+ year sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience (door-to-door preferred)

Strong people skills and persuasive communication.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads.
Reliable transportation
and flexible availability (afternoons, evenings, weekends).

Location & Schedule
Based in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.
Part-time role, ~20-30 hours per week, flexible but outcome-driven.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay:
$2,000-$2,500/month to provide stability.
Commission:
8-10% of each closed deal -- average project value $3K-$5K, meaning $240-$500 commission per job.
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$45,000-$60,000/year when hitting targets.
High Performer Upside:
Top reps can earn
$80,000+ annually
