Field Sales Representative - Polaron Solar

Location: Victoria, B.C.
Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday (enjoy Friday and Saturdays off!)

About the Role

As a

Field Sales Representative

, you'll be the face of Polaron Solar, engaging directly with potential customers and generating interest in our solar solutions. This is a lead generation role where you'll connect with homeowners in person, educate them about the benefits of solar, and set appointments for our solar specialists.

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods (field-based role) Generate qualified leads and set appointments for Solar Specialists Clearly explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy Represent Polaron Solar with professionalism and enthusiasm Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
