Duties
Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
Build rapport with customers by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help improve our sales strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Technical sales experience is beneficial for understanding product specifications.
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are preferred to cater to diverse customer bases.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to market products creatively and adaptively based on customer feedback and needs.
