Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our security services directly to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build trust with homeowners and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with residential and commercial prospects through door-to-door outreach. Present and explain company security services, including patrols, CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and on-site guard services. Educate potential clients about the benefits of professional security and tailored solutions. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate service packages. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales using company CRM tools. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is an asset (door-to-door sales experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $33,100.00-$80,000.00 per year
