Responsibilities You'll Take On:

Operate production equipment and tools to assemble doors and related components. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements to ensure accuracy. Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following safety protocols. Assist with material handling, cutting, and preparation of door components. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Minimum Qualifications We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or trades environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools. Ability to read measurements and interpret technical instructions. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
