As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional service and culinary excellence. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our food preparation, customer service, and staff training meet the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic work environment where team members thrive and guests enjoy an unforgettable experience.
What you'll do
Lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced quick service or casual dining environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Conduct staff training sessions focused on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize workflow during peak hours.
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration while maintaining high standards of hospitality management.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in all restaurant operations including, order taking, payment processing, pizza making, oven tending, receiving food orders, counting inventory, and cleaning.
Compensation
$17-$18 per hour with potential to increase as training progresses and skills are gained.
