If the answer is YES! we want to hear from you!Our client in Mississauga is a leading retail distribution company and seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Domestic Transportation Clerk to join their dynamic logistics team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely communication with stores and carriers, managing delivery schedules, and generating reports to support all transportation operations. Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days work from home

1. Communication with Stores:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stores via phone and the "Service Now portal."
- Address inquiries, provide updates on shipment statuses, and resolve any issues related to deliveries.2. Carrier Coordination:
- Maintain regular communication with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor delivery schedules and track shipments to guarantee that all deliveries are completed on time.3. Reporting and Data Management:
- Create detailed reports using Excel to track transportation metrics and performance.
- Utilize Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint to analyze data and prepare presentations as needed.Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics and domestic transportation within Canada
- At least 2 years of experience communicating between stores and carriers and managing delivery schedules
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detailSummary
