We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Utilize heavy lifting techniques to move furniture or equipment as necessary during cleaning processes. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages to management. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established protocols and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to time management practices. Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required, contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently while completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with power tools and hand tools is a plus, contributing to overall facilities maintenance capabilities.

Pay: $15.08-$25.58 per hour
