WAGE RATE: $17.40/hr
SHIFT TYPE: Full-time
SHIFT DAYS/HOURS: Fri(3:30 pm to 8:30 pm)
Sat (12:00 pm to 5:00 pm)
Sun (12:00 pm to 5:00 pm)
Mon (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)
Tue (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)JOB OVERVIEW: You will be responsible for ensuring your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfacesWhen you join the BEST - For A Cleaner World team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning and maintaining parking lots and building entrances
• Take out and properly dispose of garbage, and keep it compact
• Sweep and mop floors
• Pressure washing in the summertime
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
• WHMIS Certification an asset
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bend
• Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
