Welcome to YK Sitter! We are hiring for full time and part time/casual positions. As a YKS Dog Walker & Pet Sitter, you are responsible for visiting and taking care of our furry clients. Pets who are scheduled with you will depend on you to provide their basic needs, daily exercise, potty relief, on-leash neighborhood walks and off leash hikes. Requirements

• Must live in Yellowknife
• Able to work and commute in all types of weather
• Have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Have experience with, a love of and a desire to work with dogs and/or cats, and other small animals
• Love people in addition to animals (this is just as much a customer service position as it is pet care).
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with YK Sitter, fellow pet sitters and clients promptly
• Have the ability to provide the service in a professional manner
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Be able to provide professional references
• Provide a current and clean background

Compensation

• $17-22/hr based on experience.
• Company Gas Card or Company car
• Tips! Monthly tips can range from $100-$300. We have incredible and generous clients who we love to work with.
