We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a talent for grooming pets to look and feel their best. This role involves providing high-quality grooming services in a friendly and professional environment, ensuring the comfort and safety of every pet. The Pet Groomer will also deliver excellent customer service to pet owners, building trust and loyalty within our community.

Responsibilities

Bathe, dry, and brush pets using appropriate grooming techniques and tools Trim fur, nails, ears, and other grooming areas according to breed standards or customer specifications Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming station and tools Monitor pets during grooming for signs of distress or health issues Communicate with pet owners regarding grooming preferences, special needs, or concerns Schedule appointments and manage grooming bookings efficiently Handle heavy lifting of pets or equipment as needed with care and safety in mind Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in pet grooming required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners Ability to perform heavy lifting of pets or equipment safely and comfortably Compassionate attitude towards animals and attention to detail in grooming tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patience Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
