Context:

As part of its projects, SYSTRA Canada implements rigorous document management to ensure the traceability, quality, and security of documents. The Documentation Manager ensures compliance with contractual requirements and guarantees smooth and controlled information flow between all project stakeholders.
Missions/Main Duties:
Establish and manage the project's document management plan according to contract requirements and internal procedures (production, structure, security, access, validation cycles). Oversee the submission, sharing, and archiving of deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and data consistency is maintained. Coordinate document exchanges, monitor quality and document tracking (control points, versions, progress reports). Supervise document controllers and organize meetings with the client and partners.

Profile/Skills:

Education:

College diploma in documentation management.

Years of experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience on engineering projects. Previous experience in a Document Control Manager position is required.

Technical competencies:

Knowledge of EDM (Electronic Document Management) tools; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; Experience with Mezzoteam and SharePoint; Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, in French and English
