As a Document Specialist/Customer Service professional at our Notary Public Office, you will play a dual role in managing critical documents while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Prepare, review, and process notarized documents with 100% accuracy.
Verify document authenticity and ensure proper completion.
Customer Service:
Greet clients professionally and explain notarization procedures.
Answer phone/email inquiries regarding services, requirements, and fees.
Quality Control:
Double-check all documents for completeness before notarization.
Maintain detailed logs of all notarial acts performed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.19-$26.31 per hour
