We are looking an energetic and enthusiastic person for the role of Document Controller for our office in Vancouver.

About the role

Provide project support in document management for incoming and outgoing deliverables including vendor data Coordinate multi-office and work-sharing information in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate the distribution of duties within the document control team Effectively interface with the client document control team Track, transmit, and accurately file electronic engineering documents, drawings and correspondence via Ausenco's document management system Ensure that company and client procedures and standards are adhered to in processing engineering documents, drawings and vendor data Conduct document searches and generate various reports Update and maintain the project document control plans Actively participate in project meetings and anticipate information management needs Actively plan for archiving and close out of all deliverables and documentation

About You:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in project document control on heavy industrial or mining projects. Preferably a diploma/certificate in business or office management Knowledge of vendor database operation and practical knowledge of Internet-based document control databases - SharePoint, SDX, Aconex and Excel preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential Ability to coordinate and delegate duties and manage time effectively Strong formatting and editing skills Excellent attention to detail Strong computer skills in MS Office, Viso and Adobe Ability to provide administrative support for a variety of personalities Takes initiative to resolve a range of administrative problems and inquiries quickly

Salary range: $74,000 - $94,000 annually

Expected Salary: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
