s and document distribution matrix. Assist in the system administration for Electronic Document Management Systems Adept and SharePoint. Support the Information Management Analyst in implementing information management methodologies, templates, and tools across the ECEI portfolio of projects.



These skills will make you successful:

Education & Experience



Diploma or degree in information management. Minimum of 5 years of document control experience in a project environment, preferably during construction and commissioning phases.

Technical/Job Specific Knowledge and Abilities



Strong demonstrated knowledge of records management & retention, data governance, construction work packages and data books. Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction documentation, including processes and procedures, such as vendor data and as-built processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and electronic document management systems. Experience using SharePoint Online (SPOL) and Adept is an asset. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in managing large volumes of documentation. Ability to quickly learn new software applications. Ability to work independently to set priorities and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills.
