JOB DESCRIPTION: Dockhand
Gulf Island Seaplanes is looking for a dockhand based out of our Richmond location. We are an indigenous owned company with an excellent safety record and customer service that always knocks it out of the park. RESPONSIBILITIES
Docking and releasing of aircraft
Loading and unloading of luggage and cargo under the direction of the PIC
Fueling of aircraft
Grooming of interior and exterior of aircraft
Assist with passenger check-in
Uphold and believe in our company culture and values
Treat our passengers like gold -- they really are the best!
Other duties as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
Aviation and/or marine experience an asset but not necessary
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be available to work weekends
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work on your own as well as a team environment
Excel in a customer service environment

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
