Role: District Sales Leader
Reporting Line: Zones Sales Director
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve or surpass all sales objectives.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance selling techniques, service quality, and route operations.
Ensure accuracy in promotional forecasting and planning.
Drive business growth by expanding distribution in both new and existing accounts.
Execute sales, marketing, merchandising, and personnel programs through effective communication with Route Sales Representatives.
Conduct business reviews with key decision-makers to assess performance and opportunities.
Maintain control over business requirements including inventory and sales reporting accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree
3-5 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods or retail
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role with proven coaching abilities
Familiarity with Direct Store Delivery systems preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and meet deadlines
