In addition to Germany, AutoScout24 is also represented in the European core markets of Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Austria.More information onSummary of JobThis position has responsibility for promoting Trader Corporation's Trader ICO solutions to clients within designated assignments by identifying, cultivating and developing high revenue accounts by using prospecting and consultative sales techniques. In addition, this position will serve as the primary business contact for assigned clients and is responsible for consistently providing excellent customer service to accounts and ensuring that customers' needs are exceeded in terms of customer satisfaction. The District Manager will work with high revenue customers where superior sales, marketing and presentation skills are required to meet the needs of the customers.Key Areas of ResponsibilitySales/Customer Service:xc2xb7 Cultivate and Develop customer accounts by proactively gathering and reviewing information to identify high-level sales opportunities.xc2xb7 Focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation within existing assignments, and long-term account goals in line with Trader's vision.xc2xb7 Prepares business presentations and complete corporate profiles; designs and implements sales strategies.xc2xb7 Effectively prepares prior to calling on customer; conducts effective needs assessment and designs proposals to address the customer's specific needs and maximize business potential.xc2xb7 Discusses vehicle acquisition needs with customer; understands and promotes Trader products and services relevant to each customer in relation to the customer's own business objectives.xc2xb7 Understands customer's wants so they can create need and sell on value instead of just product based selling; demonstrates a continued personal concern for the customer in order to remind the customer of the value of Trader.xc2xb7 Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue; ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner while maintaining excellent customer relations; responds to client's needs with a sense of urgency.xc2xb7 Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing Trader product offerings as well as new products in the market, industry trends and new developments; understands current competitive conditions within the marketplace.Territory/Account Management:xc2xb7 Completes Weekly Sales planner to ensure penetration of assigned territory and maintenance of existing client revenue base; proactively calls on new and existing accounts; identifies correct priorities and schedules sales calls accordingly.xc2xb7 Initiates post-sales activities to ensure acquisition solutions continue to satisfy the customer's needs.xc2xb7 Contributes information to Trader's market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients; recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions and identifying needs to be filled.xc2xb7 Spends most of his/her time out of the office, with clients, and works at adding, growing, penetrating, controlling and retaining these accounts.xc2xb7 Meets sales targets and objectives for assigned territory.Administration:xc2xb7 Maintains sufficient customer records to ensure proper territory organization and account administration.xc2xb7 Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, KPI's and adherence to goals/targets.xc2xb7 Presents and negotiates rates with clients; prepares and signs client contracts.xc2xb7 Ensures all documentation and reports are complete, accurate and submitted to other departments within assigned timelines.Job RequirementsRequired (R), preferred (P) or asset (A)Education, Experience and Technical skills and CompetenciesEducation and Experiencexc2xb7 Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts/Marketing/Business discipline. (R)xc2xb7 Minimum 5-8 years direct sales experience working with national/large revenue accounts. (R)xc2xb7 Proven results and consistency in achieving/exceeding sales targets. (R)xc2xb7 Experience in intangible, media and internet product sales. (P)Technical Skills and Competenciesxc2xb7 Ability to maximize results by systematically managing an account plan.
