This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of overseeing business relationships, executing programs, and driving business development initiatives within the Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, business development, and relationship management, with a proven ability to drive growth and foster partnerships in the affiliate retail industry.Your role1. Business Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to increase loyalty with affiliate partners in the Atlantic region, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with affiliate partners to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and develop strategies to support their success and their sales performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with affiliate partners to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
2. Program Execution:
  • Oversee the execution of affiliate retail programs and initiatives within the Atlantic region, ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to implement programs effectively and drive results.
  • Monitor program performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvement as needed.
3. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Atlantic region to drive growth and expand the affiliate retail network.
  • Prospect and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiating agreements and contracts to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and capture new business opportunities in the region.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Track key performance metrics related to business relationships, program execution, and business development efforts in the Atlantic region.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional performance and progress towards goals.
5. Training and Development:
  • Provide training and support to affiliate partners and their teams to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
  • Share best practices and industry insights with affiliate partners to help them improve their performance and drive results.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
The qualifications we are looking for
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, business development, or related roles, with a track record of success in driving growth and building relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Atlantic region as needed.
