Position: Distribution Supervisor
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: up to $77,000 annual

Are you looking for a role close to Saint-Laurent?Our partner, a champion in the luxury cosmetics industry, is looking for a Distribution Supervisor (fluent French is mandatory) to join their team located in Saint-Laurent! As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for all distribution activities, such as receiving goods, storage, order preparation, or order shipping. You will participate in the development and implementation of special projects aimed at improving operations and monitoring productivity.What they offer:- Salary up to $77,000 depending on experience

- Bachelor\'s degree in operations management, administration, or industrial engineering
- Knowledge of Manhattan software (an asset)
- Bilingual to communicate with clients and associates in other Canadian provinces
- Proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable with a computerized environmentYou will be responsible for:- Human resource management in a unionized environment for a team of 15 to 30 employees
- Performance management and discipline
