Boggio Family of Pharmacies is looking for a Full- time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Virgil. Duties & Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Collect relevant patient information and create/update patient records on the computer Prepare prescription orders by following the filling protocol

Maintain pharmacy stock through inventory control systems

Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Build and maintain relationships with customers and other community members
Qualifications

Experience using Kroll is required, 3 - 5 years preferred Exceptional customer service skills Strong mathematical skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skills Strong listening and communication skills Motivated, driven personality with the ability to take initiative Ability to provide device demonstration to patients Ability to navigate changing responsibilities throughout the day Ability to effectively prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work in more than one store location on occasion
