Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction.

Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and resolve issues. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics operations effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in data entry and analysis to improve service delivery. Communicate effectively with clients regarding freight status and updates. Uphold professional phone etiquette while handling multi-line phone systems. Support shipping and receiving processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain processes. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to analyze information effectively for problem-solving. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of shipping & receiving practices.
