Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes, including shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Utilize CRM Systems to manage orders and track shipments. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding freight logistics. Assist in resolving customer issues related to shipping and receiving. Maintain knowledge of supply chain processes to provide informed support to customers. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling high-volume calls. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry. Familiarity with SyteLine software is a plus. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of freight operations and shipping/receiving procedures is desirable. Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
