Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
Coordinate shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Assist in dispatching operations and fleet management activities.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders, addressing any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes related to supply chain management.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks.
Experience in dispatching and understanding freight operations is a plus.
