Buffalo Air Express is looking for an organized & dedicated individual who is punctual with exceptional time management to join our team in Yellowknife.

Duties include but not limited to:

Complete all assigned training and recurrent training. Following all company procedures, and safety policies Assisting customers in-person, via email, and over the phone Tracking shipments throughout our network of shipping partners Quoting shipments and taking payments Monitoring manifests, on hand reports, and shipping timelines Scheduling pick-ups and assigning deliveries to the correct driver/route Sending various daily reports Sorting freight Filling out waybills, manifests, freight logs, etc. Accepting dangerous goods shipments. Help solve mysteries i.e. unlabeled freight, missing freight, misdirected freight etc. Operate Forklift
Ideal Skills/Experience

Excellent customer service skills Shipping and Receiving Clear and legible handwriting Data entry Time management Computer literate Problem solver Team player and able to work with minimal supervision. Available Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
