We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your expertise in transportation management systems and supply chain processes will be essential in providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Utilize LoadLink and DAT to manage customer orders and track shipments.
Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery of freight.
Assist customers with shipping and receiving questions, providing solutions as needed.
Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Uphold phone etiquette standards while handling high-volume calls.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service department.
Skills
Proficiency in transportation management systems and supply chain operations.
Familiarity with LoadLink and DAT.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in freight logistics and shipping/receiving processes.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
