Job Description

Reputable trucking company in need of a Tractor/ 5 Ton dispatcher

Must be available for all shifts and willing to cover during holiday time

Geographical knowledge of Vancouver Island and surrounding areas is imperative

Experience with tractor and 5 ton dispatch is required

Following skills and assets needed:

Must be reliable with a good work ethic

Must have great customer service skills

Capable of working in a fast paced environment

Dependable with reliable transportation

Must have basic computer skills

Must be willing to learn both 5 ton and tractor dispatching

Must be willing to learn all evening operations and have it set up and ready to go

Able to do basic Admin. duties when required

We are looking for that individual that loves to learn, loves to problem solve, wants to grow within the transportation business

This is a salary position and wages based on experience and performance

Benefit package once candidate has successfully completed the probation period

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
