Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the team and fleet, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers. This role is crucial in optimizing our operations and requires proficiency in various transportation management systems.

Duties

Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates on routes, schedules, and any changes that may arise. Monitor dispatch progress and resolve any issues that may impact response times. Maintain accurate records of all dispatching, including data entry of call details into the system.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the dispatching process.
