Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into relevant systems
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or delays in transportation

-Use Loadlink and other Loadboards to book loads.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is required. Do not apply if you don't have experience.

- Proficient in data entry and typing skills
- Transportation management system knowledge required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions
