We're currently looking for a Fleet Dispatcher to join our Saskatoon operations team.

What You'll Do

As a Fleet Dispatcher, you'll be the first line of contact between drivers and the company. You'll play a key role in keeping our 15 to 20 trucks moving efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and monitor fleet equipment and loads Communicate with customers and drivers on orders and updates Maximize equipment usage to control costs and reduce empty miles Maintain TMS records for load status, routing, driver pay, and equipment locations Coordinate service and repairs for trucks and trailers Organize paperwork to support accurate invoicing Troubleshoot issues with occasional after-hours planning and truck/trailer repairs when required

Qualifications

Experience:

1-2 years as a fleet dispatcher or logistics coordinator Education: High school diploma, required

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with TruckMate TMS and/or ISAAC ELD systems is an asset but not required

Strengths:

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly Monday to Friday schedule (with flexibility during peak seasons)

Pay: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
