We are currently recruiting for a

Dispatcher

to join our team in

Saint John, NB

. If you are looking for a dynamic organization, this is the opportunity for you.


The selected individual will be responsible for receiving, entering and expediting customer service requests, assigning and coordinating work with contractors while liaising with field supervisors, outside field personnel and customers from across Canada. The successful individual will be responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Suitable candidates will meet the following qualifications:


Minimum High School Education Experience in facility management and/or contractor management is required High energy, self-motivated and must have a positive attitude Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Excellent listening and problem-solving skills Strong Customer Service Experience Detailed orientated and deadline conscious Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office products Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task Bilingualism is an asset
