Prairie Bus Lines is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, part-time Dispatcher to join our team in Rocky Mountain House. Dispatchers are primarily responsible for scheduling drivers, providing tactful and professional telephone and radio assistance, and administrative duties.

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 11:30 am.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to serve the public and relate to coworkers in a courteous, helpful manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills, intuitive and empathetic listening skills Strong telephone etiquette Very organized Strong computer skills and knowledgeable of Microsoft Programs, including Excel Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and as a part of a team Clear criminal record Valid Alberta driver's license - Class 2S license considered an asset but not required Demonstrated problem solving skills Good map reading skills with a strong knowledge of Rocky Mountain House, Drayton Valley and surrounding areas
