THE GIG
You'll be the mission control for our 24/7 operation--planning, dispatching, troubleshooting, and making sure trucks don't sit and freight doesn't wait.
YOU'LL:
Schedule deliveries for day/night shifts Support and guide drivers in real time Keep logs tight and compliance tighter Talk straight with clients--phone or email Be a motivator, a mentor, and a fixer Jump in where needed--shop, yard, whatever it takes
WHAT YOU BRING:
4+ years dispatch or logistics experience Tech confidence--dispatch software = no problem Calm under pressure, sharp with your time Great communicator, assertive when needed Class 1 or wrench-turning knowledge is a bonus

Days, nights, weekends, holidays
