Position Overview:

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll work closely with internal teams, drivers, and customers to ensure equipment and freight are where they need to be--safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action and driving operational success.

Schedule:

4on / 4off | 7pm - 7am

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams across departments, terminals, and customers to overcome logistical challenges and keep freight and equipment moving. Communicate directly with drivers, providing them with everything they need for successful job completion. Support internal planning and revenue operations, especially when unique circumstances arise. Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance, always looking for ways to minimize empty miles and boost efficiency. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, safety briefings, and company events. Assist drivers in planning vacation coverage and ensure visibility plans are kept up to date for supervisors. Additional terminal specific duties as required.

Key Skills:

Experience with the TruckMate system is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel. Confident with general computer use and quick on the keyboard.

Working Conditions:

Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting where no two days are the same. Comfortable working nights on a 4-on / 4-off schedule with 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). * Ability to handle high volumes of communication through email, phone, and satellite messaging with confidence and professionalism.
